Ten Questions with Georgia Bradford

Europe Export Sales Specialist Georgia is kept on her toes by our many European dealers. In addition to selling, handling queries, processing orders and monitoring purchasing activity, she is passionate about customer service and does everything in her power to make sure customers get their order on time. Georgia is always on hand to help her colleagues and, occasionally, offer a chocolate biscuit or two!

In her ten questions, some answers sound quite familiar. It seems Bear Grylls has a DB fan club and Pizza is always on the menu.

Hello Georgia. If we took you out for dinner, what would be your favourite food?

I would have to say cheese, so probably a nice big pizza with loads of melted cheese on!

Nice! Many DB employees seem to have a penchant for pizza.

What one thing would you have on a desert island?

Just like my colleague Ilona Rothwell, I need Bear Grylls. I would not be able to survive! Georgia Bradford would be no more...

Paradise? Perhaps not without Mr Grylls by Georgia's side.

What are you really good at?

This is easy, I am a very skilled shopper! ("I’ll just have a quick look in here".)

Georgia wants shiny new things and she wants them now!

Interesting. So, how would you define your style?

Pink, pink, pink! I absolutely love anything blush pink. Most of my clothing items are pink or have an element of pink. Even my coffee cup and handbag is pink!

OK, OK, we get it Georgia. What's next? A pink house? 

What one word describes you most?

Girly! As I said, I totally love everything girly and glittery.

Any pet hates?

Rudeness and dishonesty, there is no need for it.

Who inspires you?

My dad John inspires me, he’s taught me to be strong and always think positively!

Mr Bradford: A sharp dressed man indeed. Georgia tells us you have a large collection of Ben Sherman shirts ...cool!
Any in pink?

What is your favourite DB product and why?

The Ixion range, especially the Ixion Safe Cinch Plier. This is amazing for patient comfort and will reduce emergency appointments by preventing any sharp wire poking into the soft tissue.

What is your earliest memory?

I remember being in reception class at school and my twin brother Lewis falling asleep in the play kitchen. We left him there whilst we had story time. Bless him.. (Sorry Lewis.)

What do you love most about your job?

I love working with such a great bunch of people. I’m very lucky to be part of the DB team.

What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend?

Going out with friends, spending time with my family and of course walking my little dog Alfie! (He can walk for hours believe it or not.)

Alfie rocks the floral neckwear like a boss.
