What You’ll Do:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey — managing key accounts, driving sales, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards DB is known for.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building strong relationships with existing customers to maximise sales and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proactively identifying and converting new leads into long-term DB customers.
  • Promoting special offers, new products, and sales initiatives to boost growth.
  • Managing key accounts with care and attention — keeping them informed, engaged, and happy.
  • Profiling accounts and maintaining our CRM system with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborating closely with external sales colleagues to achieve team targets.

(Product training will be provided, so you don’t need orthodontic experience — just the right mindset and motivation!)
