Position Overview:


 

As the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer service team and supporting the sales team's operations by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, tracking sales data, processing leads, and reporting sales performance. You will act as the administrative backbone of the sales departments.

 

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Receive, qualify, and distribute new sales leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, including corporate, key accounts, and tender business.
  • Order Processing: Ensure timely processing of customer orders, including order entry and follow-up.
  • Sales Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer information, sales pipeline, and closed deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and analysis to monitor performance against targets and identify trends.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and managing calendars.
  • Sales Process Management: Maintain and update sales procedures and workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the management and development of the customer service team, including training on new products and sales tools.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain accurate customer data.

     

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
