1. Eligibility
- Offers are available to dental and orthodontic professionals only.
- Purchasers must be registered with DB Orthodontics.
2. Offer Details
- All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
- Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or previously agreed pricing.
- Free items (e.g., cheek retractors, Ixion pliers) are supplied based on the lowest-priced qualifying item in the promotion.
- Bundle savings and price reductions are clearly marked and calculated based on the current normal retail price (NRP).
3. Minimum Order Requirements
- Some offers include minimum purchase quantities (e.g., 10 packs, 60 units) – these must be met to qualify.
- Any order not meeting the stated requirements will be charged at standard NRP.
4. Course-Linked Offers
- Discounts or free products linked to course registrations will only be issued upon full payment and confirmation of course attendance.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Products purchased as part of a promotion are subject to DB Orthodontics' standard returns policy.
- Promotional free items must also be returned if the main order is refunded or cancelled. If not returned, the full value of the free item will be deducted from any refund issued.
6. Changes and Availability
