Terms & Conditions — Rodericks Exclusive 2-for-1 IPR Course Offer

1. Eligibility

• This offer is exclusively available to dentists and orthodontic clinicians employed by or contracted to the Rodericks Group.
• Bookings must be made using a registered Rodericks practice email address.
• Customers must have an active DB Orthodontics account.
• Offers are not available to non-Rodericks practices or individuals.

 2. Promotional Offer Terms

• Two delegates may attend the Interproximal Reduction Course on Friday 20th March 2026 for the price of one full-paying ticket.
• Both delegates must be registered at the same time under a single booking to qualify.
• Standard delegate fee: £675 + VAT.
• A £50 Early Bird Discount applies until 9^th January 2026 and is automatically deducted at checkout during the promotional period.
• Early bird pricing cannot be applied retrospectively once the promotional period has ended.

3. Voucher Allocation

• Each delegate will receive a £50 voucher (total £100 per booking) redeemable against the DB Orthodontics IPR product range. Voucher Code – 032650
• The voucher for each delegate will be held on file and activated when delegates place an order.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used by the registered delegate.
• Vouchers must be used by 30th September 2026 and cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Course & CPD Entitlements

Course-based offers are only valid when:

• Course fees are paid in full, and
• Attendance is confirmed.
• DB Orthodontics reserves the right to change course content, speakers, dates, or availability.

Each delegate will receive:

• CPD certificate
• Clinical handbook and handouts
• Access to full training sessions, case discussions, and practical components
• Lunch and refreshments
   

5. Booking & Payment

• Full payment for one ticket (covering two delegates) is required to secure the booking.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

6. Course Changes

DB Orthodontics reserves the right to amend course content, schedule, or venue if necessary.

• In the unlikely event of course cancellation by the organiser, all payments will be refunded in full, but no additional compensation will be provided.

7. Exclusivity

• This offer is not available to the general public, non-Rodericks practices, or external clinicians.
• DB Orthodontics reserves the right to verify participant eligibility.

8. What’s Included in the Course Fee

Each delegate is entitled to:

• Face-to-face teaching from Consultant Orthodontist Arti Hindocha
• 1:1 instruction during hands-on training
• Access to all teaching materials, case discussions, and demonstration sessions
• Clinical handbook and printed handouts
• Lunch and refreshments
• A CPD Certificate (6 hours) upon completion
• A £100 DB Orthodontics IPR product voucher (as described above)
• Delegates must attend the full course day to receive their CPD Certificate.

9. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be completed online through the official registration page.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Delegates will receive an email confirmation once payment has been processed.
• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.

10. Cancellations & Transfers

• All course purchases follow DB Orthodontics’ standard returns policy.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future course subject to availability.
• Delegate substitutions from the same Rodericks practice are permitted up to 14 days before the course date.
• If one delegate cancels, and only one delegate attends under the booking, the full price must be paid, and no refunds will be given.

11. Course Alterations or Cancellation by the Organiser

• DB Orthodontics reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or venue if required.
• In the rare event that the course is cancelled by DB Orthodontics, delegates will receive a full refund of their course fee.
• DB Orthodontics is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

12. Liability & Conduct

• Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and personal belongings.
• DB Orthodontics reserves the right to remove any delegate who disrupts the course or behaves inappropriately.
• Delegates are expected to follow all safety instructions during hands-on sessions.

13. Data & Communication

• By booking, delegates consent to receive course-related communications and follow-up materials.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with DB Orthodontics’ Privacy Policy.

14. Changes, Availability & Errors  

• DB Orthodontics reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, withdraw, or substitute any offer, product, or promotion.
• All course descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate at the time of publication. However, DB Orthodontics does not warrant that such information is free from error.
• Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). DB Orthodontics shall not be liable for any typographical, clerical, or other errors or omissions in any published material, including pricing or product information.
  All promotions and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified without notice. Availability is strictly limited to current stock levels.
