1. Eligibility

  • Winter offers are available exclusively to qualified dental and orthodontic professionals.
  • Ordering customers will require an active DB Orthodontics account.
  • Offers are not available to the general public.

2. Promotional Offer Terms

  • All promotional items and prices are valid only during the Winter 2025/26 promotional period.
  • Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, special price, pre agree contractual or promotional agreement.
  • Promotional free items are supplied based on the lowest-priced qualifying product, unless otherwise stated.
  • All savings, discounts, and comparisons are calculated using the current Normal Retail Price (NRP).

3. Minimum Purchase Requirements

  • Some offers require specific minimum order quantities (e.g., Buy 3 Get 1 Free, Buy 4 Get 1 Free).
  • Orders that do not meet these thresholds will be charged at standard NRP

4. Course-Linked Offers & Early Bird Discounts

  • Discounts apply only to listed 2026 DB Education courses.
  • Any offer linked to course attendance will only be honoured once:
    • The course fee is paid in full, and
    • Attendance has been confirmed.
  • DB Orthodontics may amend course details, speakers, or availability at any time.


5. Returns & Refunds

  • All returns are subject to DB Orthodontics’ standard returns policy.
  • Any free items supplied as part of a promotion must also be returned if the associated order is refunded or cancelled.
  • If free items are not returned, their full NRP value will be deducted from the refund.

6. Changes, Availability & Errors  
DB Orthodontics reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, withdraw, or substitute any offer, product, or promotion.
